I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. The location by West Lake was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. While the hotel showed some signs of age, the really good service and spacious rooms made up for it. However, I did experience some issues with restaurant staff during my stay, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.
